Okay, so maybe it's not "quality family time," but it was a blast. Abby and Emma were begging to play Dance Dance Revolution, so we told them that if they ate their whole dinner "all gone" they would get to play. They did, so they did. Emma is a little bit easier to distract, but when Abby gets to dancing, she doesn't stop. In the game, there is a character that dances on the scree and Abby tries her best to imitate. It is hilarious. We are proud of our little dancers.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY AARON!!
Today is Aaron's Birthday!! He is now 27 years old...i know he is getting up there! We celebrated his birthday yesterday (since he left us today to go on a scout ski trip). We didn't do anything really exciting because Emma has been so sick. So we kept it just us and our friend Eddie. Abby and Emma helped make a chocolate cake which Abby called a chocolate chips cake. It was really good...and I would have shown a picture of itso you could see how well the girls decorated it, but Aaron took the camera with him. So you will just have to look at how adorable he was a a little boy!! These pictures are my favorites...I just think he was so dang cute (i guess he still is)...looking at pictures of Aaron (most of which I couldn't find to post) you can just tell he and Abby are a lot alike.

tagged
So I guess Shari tagged me...so here it goes,
What were you doing 10 years ago?
I was in Junior High, so really not much just trying to get through math and driving my parents crazy.
5 things on my "to do" list today?
1. watch Matthew
2. clean my house
3. finish the laundry (its only been sitting in my room forever!)
4. organize the girls toys
5. keep my sanity
5 snacks I enjoy?
1. chocolate
2. nutter-butters
3. chips & queso (i make aaron do runs to El Kiosco on a regular basis)
4. peanut butter and honey sandwiches
5. pickles
what can I say I am pregnant
3 bad habits (aka things that drive aaron crazy)
1. bite my finger nails
2. cant ever finish the laundry (well most things for that matter)
3. throw my clothes on the floor after taking them off
If I were suddenly a billionaire?
Well OF COURSE i would pay tithing first. Then Aaron would be out of the Air Force as soon as he was able. We would pay off all our debt. Get the van I REALLY want (i know exciting huh?!?). We would move closer to family, buy a big piece of property and build the home of our dreams. Put a bunch away in savings and then help out our family and friends and just live comfortably for the rest of our lives!
5 places I have lived
1. Sandy & Murray, Ut
2. Los Angeles, Ca
3. Monterey, Ca
4. San Angelo, Tx
5. Grovetown, GA
5 things people dont know about me
1. I have an Aunt just a year older than me
2. I too have cravings for dirt (you arent so wierd Shari) it got so bad when I was pregnant with Abby I would go walk in the mud barefoot.
3. I have a big fear of bugs...when Aaron and i were first married if i saw a spider or moth I would lock myself in another room until Aaron got home to get it..sad i know
4. I have to take a bubble bath at least twice a week
5. I cant have my feet touch when i am sleeping

pinewood derby
The girls had so much fun making cars for the ward pinewood derby and even more fun racing them (well at least Abby really got into the racing part) They even won a few of the races! Abby had a blue car (her favorite color) and Emma thought she had a yellow car, but it was purple.
